<Job Responsibilities>
・Building strong relationship with client
・Day-to-day operation team management and responsible for the team capacity management
・Support and coach documentation staff in her day-to-day job and be the point of contact for any operational issue quickly and effectively.
・Work on HQ/Network tender enquiries from Japan/ Thailand and other countries
・Ensure the ability to solve problems related to logistics (import/export, Customs clearance and warehouse management)
・Support to and co-operate with Accounting Department on making Debit Note and tax payment for DDP shipments
・Other tasks assigned by Director

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・College Diloma
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28- 35 years old
・Having working experience as a Operator or Customer service in Logistics industry at least 3 years
・Strong Ocean/Air logistics end to end process knowledge & experience
・Language: English Business Level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Gender : Female
・5 years or above of experience in Freight Forwarding Operation or Customer Service
・Having Sales skills
