<Job Responsibilities>
- To manage all sections of Planning and Claims related
- To support Management to draft the business plan for short and middle term and goal setting
- To check proceeding budget
- To support Marketing Dept to strengthen the client relationship with Heads Client Vietnam Insurers
- To consult Marketing Dept to provide good services and enhance our services
- To create new products and develop new business
- To assign appropriate task for the subordinates
- To train and educate the subordinates

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University degree in Marketing, Finance, Economic or related field
- Gender: Any
- Age: 34 - 40
- English business level
- Minimum of 5 years’experience as a Planning management in Insurance Industry
- Extensive network in Vietnam in marketing, press relation or property insurance sector.
- Well –leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, analyzing, organizing and/or business planning skills
- The ability to function effectively with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- The ability to lead multiple projects at one time
- Willing to go on business trip to provinces.
