1. To advise, propose and recommend to the Board of Directors and the Board of Management on:
HR strategy for short to long term / Management policies
2. Producer

4. Check and evaluate
5. Working with the Appropriate authorities on labor issues.
6. Assisting managers of departments / divisions in implementing the company's administrative and human resource management policies, ensuring these policies are consistently applied throughout all branches in the system.
7. Perform other duties as required by the Board of Management.
