<Job Responsibilities>
Following Japanese Manager's order, this position needs to manage Production Staff
- Review Mold product specification, condition setting, prototype test
- Manufacture and processing of molded products
- Customer service (specification meetings, inquiries, etc.)
- Manage and give advice to Vietnamese staff
- Report to Japanese Manager
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30-48 years old
・Gender: Male
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: Not Require
・More than 5 years working experience as a Plastic injection molding engineer(Not making mold for plastic parts)
・The person who can work on Shit

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working Experience in Japanese Company
・Japanese conversation or English Conversation
