<Job Responsibilities>
・Set up target for department and define/ outline the activities taken to achieve the target.
・Develop and monitor of QA/QC budgets.
・Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including:
+ Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;
+ Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;
・Organize, prepare, implement and maintain annually internal audits effectively.
・Perform the preparation of the company external audit to ensure compliance to QMS requirements and international standards.
・Customer complaint handling and response


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-40
・Education: College/ University
・Language: Japanese N3
・More than 3 years experience in QA/QC, 1 year experience at leader/ manager level
・Computer Skill: Word, Excel, Power point

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English: B level
