<Job Responsibilities>
・Employee will be trained for 6 months to 1 year at the parent company in Japan and then work in the production department of the Vietnam factory.
・Thorough the operation has been decided and ensure manufacturing quality
・Promote manufacturing manage based on work procedures
・Manage the progress of departmental goals, directing and training for subordinates


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: male only
・Age: 25-40 years old
・Education: University
・Have experiences in manufacturing operations
・Have experience in (assembly) factory
・Have knowledge of the manufacturing process
・Language: Japanese N2 level and English at communication
・Computer skill: Word, Excel

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・3 years experience in production field
