<Job Responsibilities>
・Planing business strategy
・Building relationship with partnership company
・Developing potential clients in Vietnam
・Handling project; Due Diligence, Negotiation of investment conditions, Follow until wet closing, Management of PMI (Post Merger Integration)
・Assisting tasks; Making an appointment, Interpreter, Translator, Creating summary of documents
・Technical support (gather information of technical)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: English Fluent (TOEIC 870 or more over)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 33-45
・At least 5 years business development experience related to energy (Oil/ Gas / Nuclear power/ Refinery/ Power plant) or Public Transportation Networks (Bullet train/ Highway/ Port/ Airport)
・Working experience at foreign company
