<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing software outsourcing projects for Japanese customers.
- Areas: Mobile, Web, Desktop Application, Game.
- Communicating with Customer directly or with help from BrSE
- Software requirement analytic then propose Solutions/Estimation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop project schedule then implementation and monitoring. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Strong technical support for project’s issues
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project result and members’ output using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to upper manager as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- New technologies orientation for the team
- Develop resources


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2+ years as a project manager with more than 20 members
- At least 7+ years of software development.
- Gender: Any
- Age: 27 - 35
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). Experience with Redmine, GIT is a plus
- Japanese speaking at N2
- Good at multi-tasking, tasks & time management
- Good at problem-solving, solution design, basic design
- Deep understanding of technology fundamentals, ideally through a computer science degree or equivalent demonstrable knowledge through in-depth practical experience.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Familiar with Japanese working style is a plus
