<Job Responsibilities>
PLANNING
- Making detail plan base on mater plan: POSM, activation, sponsor.
- Planning trade promotion campaign.
- Adjusting the plan according to the actual situation.
- Making update sales trend & plan coverage.
DEVELOP SALES
- Weekly tracking work progress and push sales plan.
- Review sale of each system, each store to timely adjust the plan.
SALES MANAGEMENT
- Responsibility control budget & sales target achieve.
- Support solution solving challenge & brands issue.
- Evaluation market development & planning expand market share.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree
- Age: 25-35
- English business level
- Experience at the same positions in Cosmetic field for at least 3 - 5 years
- Good communicated ability in English and Vietnamese
- Accept to go on business trip.
- Be proactive in analyzing and solving problems & complete job
- Good communication and Co-operation with the departments
- Honest, flexible, responsible, able to work under high pressure and deadlines
- Desire to work and long-term commitment to the company
