<Job Responsibilities>
This position as the same position with Area Sales Manager of other company.
- Manage 5 Team Leaders (3 HCM, 1 Bien Hoa-Dong Nai - Vung Tau, 1 Tuy Hoa - Phan Rang - Nha Trang) and 58 PG
- Manage HCM Area and Half of the Central (From Tuy Hòa - Nha Trang -Phan Thiết - Đà Lạt - Vũng Tàu - Biên Hòa)
- Manage supermarket system including Lotte Mart, Emart, Guardian, Satra.
* Detailed Scopes:
- Monitoring the Sales revenue of all supermarkets belongs to the management areas.
- Monitoring the sales in-sales out, the inventory of supermarkets in the management area
- Recruiting, organizing and managing PG team and Team Leader of PG team as the request of the company
- Conducting promotional campaigns, sales activities in supermarkets
- Working with Merchandiser of the supermarket to list new products and establish a location for renting promotion booths
- Deploying and supervising the display of company products at supermarkets.
- Being responsible for setting up company display shelves lining up at new stores.
- Promptly noticing competitors' activities (promotions, new products, prices ...) and report to Sales Director.
- Developing market share of company products in the supermarket chain
- Conducting weekly meetings with employees and Managers to report sales, take new actions, program ...
- Being in charge of supermarket management in a part of HCMC. HCM and some Eastern provinces according to the appropriate work schedule
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- College or University Degree

- Age: 30 - 40
- 3-5 years of experiences at Sales Supervisor/ ASM of GT ( general trade ) channel for cosmetic/ personal care industry
- English conversational level
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Leadership skill
- Analytical, Dynamic, Enthusiasm, Strategicnt skill, Manageme.
