<Job Responsibilities>
- Planning budget for training PG & Team lead by quarterly, annually.
- Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company's training activities.
- Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs.
- Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge.
- Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff.
- Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team.
- Monitoring, checking, evaluating and reporting on training results.
- Random field check, role play combine evaluating performance of PG in each region & special in activity campaign.
- Conducting surveys and analyzing training needs of sales department, especially MT channel.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University Bachelor degree
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 - 35
- Good MS office (especially PowerPoint)
- Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to think logically and handle situations well
- At least 03-04 years working in the field of Trainer & Sales Supervisor in cosmetic, personal care...of MT and GT channel
- Directly teaching selling skills & product knowledge
- Pedagogical skills & education
- Organization and planning capabilities
- Willing to traveling
