<Job Responsibilities>
・Sales task; Take care existing clients 80%, Develop new clients 20%
・Manage all division (sales/ operator/ trucking driver)
・ Manage shipping status (to prevent delays and misdelivery), if it happens, analyze the cause and make solutions
・ Check amount of orders received from existing customers. If the order volume is decreasing, consider what is the factor
・Instruct to each division’s Vietnamese leaders
・Train Japanese business manners for Vietnamese leaders/ staffs
・Communicate with Japanese Director
・Going on business trip to Da Nang once per 2 months
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor Degree
・Language Skills: English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-40
・More than 5 years working experience in Logistic or Distribution company as a sales or Logistics Management staff
・Management experience for around 50 people
