<Job Responsibilities>
- Check status of facilities system
- Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure facility system under good & safety condition
- Ensure tenants, constructors to follow Shopping Center rules and regulations
- Solve all complaints, incidents, violation from Tenant related to facility and utilities usage
- Cooperate and check security and technical performance, cleaning of supplier, service partner
- Make reports as requirements
- Other duties as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in background related to M&E engineering, construction or related fields
- At least 2 years experience of building facility management
- English: Business Level
- Good at Microsoft office (Excel, Word...)
- Willing to work in shift
