<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsibility for Customer Service Section
・Interact with the customers in order to answer questions, resolve support issues, improve credibility, and nurture relationships.
・Increasing the company’s sales by boosting its reputation and maintaining customer loyalty.
・Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
・Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
・Train and communicate customer service officers and nurses
・Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
・Set up a call center in the future

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 40 years old
・Having working experience as a Customer Service or Supervisor in service industry at least 4 years
・Having Leader or Manager experience at least 1 year
・Language: English Business Level (For using in meeting)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having working experience as a Customer Service Leader in medical and health care industry
・Ability to multitask
・Good leadership skills to carry team members along
