GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: Japanese Speaking – Import Export Staff - Manufacturing
 Level: Staff
 Contract Term: Permanent
 Recruitment Reason: replacement
 Work Location: Dong Nai Province
 Work Time:
 Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm)
 1st and 3rd Saturday is Off
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
 Selection Process: Two rounds / face-to-face


JOB DUTIES
 Report to Japanese 
 Main Tasks:
- Build up and manage the importation process and documents, custom clearance and transportation for shipments from port to warehouse.
- Make import and order plan
- Prepare necessary documents related to products and handle product quality registration.
- In charge of tax payment for imported products.
- Report the shipment being moved into warehouse
- Contact suppliers and customers
- Report to customer and BOD


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Must:
- Education background: Bachelor Degree
- Have experience more than 2 years at import export  
- Language: Japanese – N3 level
- Able to use PC for typing Japanese
- Knowledge/Experience at Import and Export
- Living in Bien Hoa will be preferable
