-Respond and Handle trouble, questions from residents
-Cooperate with Other team to deliver excellent customer service support;
-Answer and act some task for resident(Like calling taxi etc...)
-Provide a sense of welcome and departure to all residents
-Create more personalized service for the residents, while providing a communication link to the manager
-Provide high quality service to the resident
-Make report to Japanese Manager
-Other task assigned by Manager
< Requirement >
- Bachelor’s degree
- Gender: Any
- Age: 22 - 27 years old
- Fresh graduate is welcome
-If they have working experience, 1-2 years experience as customer service, reception etc...
- Japanese business level and English conversational level
- Able to work with shift

- Working experience in Service industry like a Hotel
- Working experience in Japan or Japanese company
