To perform works related to HR and administration works of the Company, including but not limited to:
- Human resources and personnel task : recruitment, regulation, payroll, resignation, leave…
- Make any legally procedure related to employees (Inclding labor contract, salary, social & health insurance, commend & reward decision...)
- Train the employees and staffs
- Translating documents
- General Affair Task : cafeteria, driver, stationary, office...
- Other works assigned by the General Director &/or direct Manager
< Requirement >
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 year experience as admin and general HR task in Consumer Services industry such as Hotel and Restaurant.
- English business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 27 - 40
- Able to work independently

- Got use to use salary calculation system
- Working experience in Japan or Japanese company
- Japanese conversational level
- Management experience
