JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Director (male) based half-time in Vietnam and half-time in Japan (every two weeks)
Company structure: Japanese Director -> 3-4 Sales Staff (so far all female ones) -> 1 Accountant cum Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Take good care of existing clients and expand the client database via searching, networking from different sources (including own ones)
- Visit new prospects with Japanese Director; consult the client with the right products/solutions and try to close the deal
- Work with local technical service providers on installation/maintenance all devices for clients
- Act as contact person in collecting and addressing any inquiries from in-charge accounts
- Manage stock level and project pipeline; follow up with finished cases on timely/delayed payment
- Update market trend and new technologies; report directly to Japanese Director
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language skills: English business level
- From 2-3 years of professional experience working in IT product distribution channel with similar product range (PBX, VoIP, router, network device)
- Good interpersonal skills to work with business partners (technical service provider, clients, other third parties)
