<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the company’s Human Resource Department and follow up other members
( Recruitment, education, employment contract, attendance, salary, social insurance, evaluation, promotion, salary
Medical office, labor union, company rules, penalties, and other general labor management)
- To review and manage of the policies, including salary, insurance, other allowances and benefits
- Recruit people who are necessary for company and have responsibility of recruiting process
- Make the plan to recruit workers and staffs
- Training company’s regulation for new workers and staffs
- Support HR team in other assignments as required.
- Other tasks assigned by JP director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 - 40
- Language skill : English or Japanese (Above business level)
- More than 5-7 years experiences as HR in any industry
- Having working experiences in Japanese company or large-scale factory (more than 1,000 staff)
- Knowledge of Japanese culture
- Proficiency on computer literacy
- English at conversational level
