JOB DUTIES
 Report to Plant Admin Department Manager (Vietnamese, Male)
 Main Tasks:
1. Safety-Health Environment:
- Supervise daily, weekly patrol for safety working condition, checking firefighting equipment, sign board, and manage the solid waste dump area.
- Follow up working schedule, purchasing for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), monitor the hygiene condition of gas pipe, and check the implementation of Regulations on Labor Safety and Prevention of Labor Accident.
- Check equipment of required high safety SOP and Inspection (Forklifts, Hoists, Furnace, Boilers, Air Compressors, NG piping system, etc.), speed Control for Human beings, Vehicles inside Plant.
- Check maintenance and repairing to confirm about safety measures to be applied as requested
- Supply PPE (Uniform, Safety Equipment), inventory, make plan of purchasing PPE.
- Follow up Safety Inspection Records, related Licenses such as Forklifts, Hoists, Boilers, Air Compressors, NG Piping System, to manage verification, operation licenses for special equipment, Shovel Loader, Forklift, Inspection & Verification for NG Pipelines system.
- To make plan for yearly training in Labor Safety
2. Supervise the implementation of Fire and explosion prevention and safety
- Supervise and remind the implementation of Regulations of Fire and explosion prevention and safety, Electric System, Boilers, Air Compressors, Oil Tanks, Smoking and to check its unsafe situation as cables, sockets, plugs, such as dirty, corrosion, pressure gauge… the required firefighting equipment such as Sand Bucket, Extinguishers …
- To implement daily checking firefighting (FF) equipment, follow up the inspection, maintenance, renewal for firefighting equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Water Fountains, Hoses, Heads, Pumps, Smoke Detector Systems, Sand Bucket (FO, DO tanks…), lightning systems, verification and yearly inspection by Firefighter (Fire Department).
- Make plan for training in Fire Prevention, Fighting, Fire Fighting Rehearsal, and purchasing FF equipment.
3. Health Care and Food safety Activities
- Supervise First Aids, Health Care, manage the medicines supply, medicines inventory, make plan for purchasing, medical procedure for labor accident cases (if any).
- To plan periodical Health Check for staffs and workers at Plant Site, prepare Survey Report on Labor Environment; supervise Food Hygienic Safety, Daily Food Samples, and Hygienic Condition of Canteen Facilities.
4. Environment Measures and Actions for Environmental Protection
- To proceed contract procedure and monitoring plan for environmental protection measures, check the situation of raw material receiving, packing Plant operation, Internal Movement Trucks, Car Washing Area, Laboratory operation, maintenance & repairing activities, to make plan for training some required knowledge such waste classification, 5S, etc.
- To check Waste Dumping Area, Waste Management, Living Waste, Cut Tree, Industrial Waste, Hazardous Waste, industrial waste, sold industrial waste, Concrete Waste, Drainage System for surface (rainy) water (drain, pits, outlets), for living waste water
- Supervise the delivery of Hazardous Waste, registration of solid waste to authority, contract for related treatments. 
- Assessment Report on Environmental Impact of JVF Fertilizer Plant from Yearly Environmental Monitoring Report.
5. Other tasks: Receiving Inspection by Authorities, work with Fire Department, to prepare the periodical reports on Safety Hygienic Environment works.




JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Experience & Background:
- University Degree – major in Mechanical or Chemical or Technical Field. 
- Skill of English (reading materials/ writing/ communicating)
- At least 03 year experience in the concerned SHE field
 Desirable Character:
- Gender: Male
- Age: over 35 years old
- Sense of responsibility & Public relation skill;
