Work details
1. Develop Engineering support team for sales department
Plan & coordinate with the relevant departments in the Company to make supporting structure
(Ex. Provide HVAC solution, Answer technical questions, HVAC installation/Design check, Make drawing for basic & detail design, CFD, solve technical problems, Training, showroom, PPT, product planning and etc..)
2. Take care & educate engineering support staff
- Check if technical output (Ex. Drawing, analysis, solution) made by staff is correct or not and advice
- Visit customers/job site with engineering support staff
- Support troubles (bridge person of sales/services/factory)
3. Report
- Periodically report all internal/external support activities & analyze if needed for upper-level managers
- Make suggestions to solve problems for upper-level managers
- Other related reports upon upper-level managers’ requests
- Age: 30-40. Gender: Male only
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: English Conversational level
- Experience: 5-7 year experiences in HVAC contractor/sub-contractor (Supervisor & Design, CAD Drawing) or manufacturer
