<Job Responsibilities>
※This position is short term contract from Jan 2020 to June 2020
・ Deal with Visitor and telephone
・ Respond to inquiries from member companies, answer questions
(Email, phone)
・ Send opinions to relevant ministries (Tax Bureau, Ministry of Labor, etc.)
Opinion papers are created by another person, so they are in charge of window operations such as sending
・ Coordinate of meetings with related ministries and agencies, preparation of materials
・ Attend seminars and events, create reports about contents
・ Prepare of documents for the representative meeting, sending of invitation mail, preparation of agenda for meeting, confirmation of attendance
・ Visit client with Japanese and interpret
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25- 32 years old
・Gender: Woman
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: Japanese Business Level (More than N2)
・Having Good communication skill and hospitality mind set
・Having working experience in Japanese Company as a Back office staff(Like Secretary, sales assistant, GA, Interpret/Translate etc...)
