*** Position name: Sales assistant and admin for import – export business
*** Working department: Animal food sales department
*** Sale product: Animal food
*** This position will be working for 7 months starting from Jan 2020. If employee's performance is good, company can consider keeping and signing full time contract***
- Support sales Manager and follow up sales contracts, shipments and commission with customers and suppliers to make sure all shipments go smoothly.
- Input sales data and expenses into company accounting system
- Record and make report for sales activities.
- Translation works follow requirements of Managers
- Arrange hotels, cars and air tickets for the Managers.
- Other documentary and admin works as assigned by Managers.

- Bachelor degree

- Accept freshers
- Has knowledge in sales, any industry.
- English conversational (for communicating and paper work)
