Makeup Artist - Cosmetics

1. Customer service & Sale (60%)
- Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all Customers at all times
- Ask questions, investigate preferences, listen to customer, make the experience interactive
- Suggest group of appropriate products and/or colors to meet and exceed customers’ needs (link sales to make sure the IPT/AUS target is achieved)
- Assist customers with product/services selection and information
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, the well-executed and expedient application of makeup to achieve the look the Customer desires. Sample products as applicable.
- Inform customers of the brand available programs and events
- Follow all the steps as per the brand guidelines and standards
- Obtain Customer data for database or other client list as required

2. Maintaining Working Experience (20%)
- Ensuring the Company style and grooming standards is adhered to (dress code, makeup, etc.)
- Actively participate in cleaning displayed units, tools, and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for next day’s business
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain tester units in proper schematic order.

3. Administration/ Assistance
- Complete assigned projects such as counting expiration dates, batch codes on products, compiling information on transfers and returns.
- Assist with inventory counts.

Essential Requirements:
- Gender: Any
- Age: 22 - 25
- Language Skill: English conversational
- Great makeup artistry, communication and retail skills. Experience in working as makeup artists in the store
- Requires three- to five-year practical business experience
- Minimum high school education
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills must be completely reliable. Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner

Preferable Requirements:
- University degree is a plus
- Cosmetic experience preferred; Experience in working with competitive brand a plus
