GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: Accountant
 Level: Staff 
 Contract Term: Permanent

 Work Location: District 1, HCMC
 Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm) 
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus 

 Benefit(s): 
 18 Annual Leave/Year. Can be exchanged to daily salary if not using out of AL.
 Phone allowance 
 Overtime 
 Business trip fee: $20/day for meal. Hotel and flight ticket booked by company.
 Insurance: follow Vietnamese Law
 Company trip (budget $550/person/year)

JOB DUTIES
 Report to Vietnamese Manager
 Assigned to Business Administration Dept
 Main Tasks:
 Checking & ensuring accuracy figures of all transactions incurred in month.
 Examine the legally and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents.
 Supervise and finish timely all kinds of report such as:
• Closing accounting books (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Taxes including VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT
 Manage TAR, TAP, inventory, sales, cost of goods sold, general expense, invoices etc…
 Other duties upon request of Chief Accountant and General Manager


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Experience & Background:
 Qualification: Bachelor Degree 
 Language Skills: English: business level
 Experienced in same position in Foreign trade Companies (at least 3 years)
 Professional Skill:
- Understanding Financial Reports (Income Statement/ Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow)
- Foreign Trade knowledge
- Time skill management, risk management.
 Desirable Character:
 Gender: Female
 Age: From 26 years old 
 Personality: Careful, detailed, calm, reliable, enthusiastic, responsibility
