 Work Time: Monday-Saturday (8:00am-17:00pm ) * Biweekly
 Salary Range: Gross / around 1000USD 
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

 Selection Process: Two-Three rounds (face-to-face)
 Others: There is a frequent business trip in Vietnam *(maximum 10days/month)


JOB DUTIES
 Report to Japanese Manager 
 Assistant to Japanese Sales Manager
 Main Tasks:
 The Target (the number of vendor to visit, the number of reporting candidate to reserve working with NSENGI) will be provided from the procurement department in Japan monthly basis.
 Submitting the daily report every day, and weekly report for more details.
 According to the report, manufacturing controlling team and procurement team in Japan will choose the vendor, and assess it is reserved to adopt or not.
 Negotiation of the price and the commercial matter. 




JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Graduate from University 
 Language Skills: English more than business level 
              Basic Japanese is preferable
 More than 5years experience in the procurement for EPC project
 Import & Export knowledge (Taxation, Transportation, Etc.)
 Knowledge of contract
 Indirect taxes & duties in Vietnam
 Procurement of engineering industry is preferable.
 Information gathering of vendor source, competitor, and the industry
 Comparison & Analysis of the commercial conditions
 Negotiation (Price negotiation, Commercial negotiation, negotiation to vendor’s management)
 PC skills (Word, Excel, etc)
