<Job Responsibilities>
Mainly this position will be in charge of import/Trade Procedures / Customs Clearance and order control task.
And support GA, exhibition preparation as well
・Prepare necessary documents and documents for Import/custom clearance activities.
・Follow up and ensure shipping deadline
・Make sales related documents like quotation, order sheet,Sales report etc...
・Communicate with supplier about order
・Support Sales activities
・Help exhibition prepare, attendance
・Cooperate with GA and support some task
・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:25-34 years old
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Woman
・Language:English business level
・Experience: At least 3 years working experience as a Sales Support, Import-Export, Custom Clearance staff in Trading or manufacturer
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
