Work details
* There is only 1 GAHR Staff in Hanoi office so CDD needs to be responsible for all GA + HR tasks of Hanoi office
- GA:
+ Telephone reception, dealing with incoming calls, faxes and post/delivery
+ Manage paper works, documentation filing system.
+ Book hotel reservation, airline tickets
- HR:
+ Proceed of recruitment, training such as contacting candidates and arranging interview schedules, arranging training
+ Check staff's payroll (company is using outsource services)
+ Take care of employee welfare (insurance, social security, health checkup)
- Support sales department and other GA, HR staffs in HCM office
* After joining, CDD can go to HCM to take training
- Age: 24-35. Gender: Female only
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: English Business level
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as GAHR Staff in any industry.
