Work details
1. Legal Work:
- To manage and review the Company’s contracts. Manage and review the legal obligations relating to contractual relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients and ensure that the obligations are met.
- To provide legal advice on a wide range of matters related to manufacturing, investment, import, customs, marketing, food safety, labor, litigation, governmental inspections.
- To assist the review of other legal documents of Company for compliance with laws and regulations
- To support the Company in defending and protecting the interests of the Company in legal issues of doing business in Vietnam
- To working closely with the Group legal team and to provide support for global and regional projects.
2. Compliance Work:
- To ensure that the Company follows relevant laws, regulations and business rules
- To coordinate as needed with other functions such as Finance and Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, etc. to make support of their operations compliance.
- To check technical compliance of Company products (e.g. technical requirement etc.)
3. Govern Company Limits of Authority
- To ensure that the management position is fully authorized and controlled for internal operations of the Company
4. Self-assessment and Policy Training
- To perform self-assessment for corporate ethics every year and to follow countermeasures for reporting to the Company President and the Group.
- To training Group's important policy to the Company employees
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- The age ranging from 28 to 32.
- Gender: Any
- Having a bachelor's degree in-laws at the minimum (commercial or business
- Having at least five years of experience working in a legal capacity, in which, having at least 2 year in a management position.
- Having experience to work for manufacturing units, that is preferred but not a pre-requisite.
- English proficiency at the business level (TOEIC 800 or equal level).
- Willing to take travel business trips to other provinces/cities.
- Characteristic:
o Independent, resourceful, proactive and ability to multi-task
o High level of responsibility
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
o Ability to work well within the team.
