<Job Responsibilities>
*The construction of condominium will be complete in June, 2020.
*Managed condominium is in District 7, HCMC
・Prepare for start-up condominium
・Manage all section, such as property manager, receptionist, security guard, cleaning staff and etc.
・Estimate management costs
・Create management union budget
・Create a management bylaw
・Consider standard operating procedure for each section
・Select supplier company, such as maintenance, cleaning, equipment and etc
・Set KPI for each department
・Answer the phone from staffs anytime and give proper directions
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-45
・At least 5 years’ Operation Manager or Property Manager of real estate
・Experience to switch building management company
・Working experience at newly built condominium
・Building Management Certificate holder
・When applying, write each management building name and period on resume
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・10 years or more over Operation Manager or Property Manager of real estate experience
・Working experience related to maintenance business of office building
