<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage general accounting, Account Receivable, Account Payable, etc.
- Support month end close tasks
- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Handle payroll arrangement (salary, tax, social insurance)
- Issuing VAT invoice to clients, ensure the accuracy & timely manner
of invoices issued
- Following up VAT refund and adjustment minute.
- Maintain records of VAT invoices issued for VAT out declaration
preparation
- Other task assigned by Managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-40 years old
・Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance related Major
・Language: Japanese Business level or English business level
・Experience: Working experience as Accounting Staff in Japanese Company
・Chief Accountant certification
