<Job Responsibilities>
1. Import - Export
・Responsible for all Import - Export procedures, customs.
・Making and Confirmation of shipping documents
・Contacting with Forwarder
2. Purchasing
・Responsible for all Purchasing tasks
・Ordering Material for making products
・Communicating with Japanese Head Office to order materials
・Making and sending PO document, Communicate with overseas supplier, input date.
・Communicating with Forwarder
*Doing other task assigned by Manager
*Doing overtime if it needs (abound 6 pm)
<Hiring Schedule> URGENT
- Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after submit
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : ASAP, in Feb to handover
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-30 years old
・Having working experience as a Import Export Staff in any industry at least 3 years
・Having experience of working with Forwarder
・Language: English Business Level (To make Import & Export document, communicate with JP head office)
・Person who live in Binh Duong
・Can work independently
・Can work overtime (when it needs)

・Gender : Female
・Having working experience as a Import Export Staff in EPE company
・Personality : Honest, Ambition, Flexible
・Person who work long term
・Use Japanese to report and contact to Japanese head office
