<Job Responsibilities>
- Handling all tasks in HR and GA(Admin)
- Create documents and interact with government
- Handling Employee payroll and attendance management (for 60 staffs)
- Support for employee procedure
- Conduct report to be submitted to Japan HQ
- Work in coordination with accounting staff
- Manage company's working rules and welfare
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender : Any
- Age : 25 - 35
- Language skill : None (Japanese or English or Chinese is better)
- More than 2 - 3 years experiences as GA/HR in any industry
- Person who can go to their factory by themselves
**They have company bus from BECAMEX
**Sometimes they have overtimes working depends on situations
