<Job Responsibilities>
This individual will be responsible for managing the process of generating and developing new food products, line extensions and reformulation from bench top through manufacturing scale up. They provide technical expertise and coordination of new product development within company guidelines and regulatory standards.
•Manage the project delivery required across multiple upgrade New Business development projects
•Mange the project highly organized and trouble shoot problems and communicate across the group and to the Factory Director to ensure projects are carried out to time, scope and maintaining budget.
•Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of project activities which can be readily accessed to build knowledge and to evaluate project performance transparently.
•Must have good culinary skills, ability to formulate recipes and to develop and coordinate products from bench top to commercialization. May include but not limited to:
•Reporting results and providing technical advice to appropriate departments during the product development process.
•Developing new ingredient statements, cooking instructions, serving suggestions and nutritional panels.
•Accurately maintaining new, existing and discontinued product formula records, also initiate the cost down formula proposal.
•Evaluating, documenting new raw ingredients, product costs, production standards and maintaining proper documentation.

1) Essential Requirements:
- Qualification/Certificate: A bachelor’s degree in food science or a related technical degree is preferred
- Language Skills: English Business Level
- Gender: Female ;Age: 32-40
- Over ten years of demonstrated accomplishments in product development, preferably in a multi sales channel environment. Value-added instant noodles manufacturing experience is a plus but not a requirement for the position.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with individuals at all levels within the organization and outside the organization.
- Excellent level of food safety, hygiene and occupational health
- Experience having full accountability for research, development and food technology.
- Contract Management and strategic planning experience.
- A willingness to lead the team and excellent management skills.
- Solid leadership and engagement skills.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to take on new, multiple and varied tasks.
- Hands on, can do attitude.
- Culinary Experience is a plus
- Needs to be a self-starter, goal-oriented, focused and flexible Must be computer literate.
- Must be willing to taste food products including food animal products.
