Production Management & Quality Control Office staff - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
・This position directly works with Head office in Japan and subcontract factories.
・Contact with Head office on a daily basis in order to develop new items , share production schedules, respond against clients complains and contact with forwarders to arrange import/export
・Monitor and Control manufacturing subcontractor to meet the delivery date and quality.
・Negotiate to manufacturing subcontractor in order to ensure our products continuously meeting our quality standard
・Supervise ,monitor and train QC team to meet our quality requirements.
・Inspect products at other factories if required
・In charge of 5S activities in the factory
・Translating

◆Job Description in Japan
・This position directly works with sub contract factories.

・Develop new products by working with our designers.
・Contact with forwarders to arrange import/export.
・Inspect products at our warehouse in Japan if required
・Foreign business trip. Mainly your destination is Vietnam. Other countries if necessary.
Ave: Once in 2 months

- Expected 1st interview date : in Mar
- How many round interview : 2 times + Web CCM with JP head Office
- Expect joining day : Up to CDD condition

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree (Must)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 30 years old (Consider training term)
・Having working experience as a QC or Production control in Manufacturing industry at least 3 years
・Doing Import & Export tasks and communicate overseas client
・Language: English Business Level
Japanese basic level (and motivation to learn Japanese)
・Willing to work in Japan head factory after around 1 year training (for 3-5 years )
