Position: Senior HR Executive- Manufacturing

Working Location: Quang Minh Industrial Zone
Working Time: Monday-Saturday (8am-4:45pm)- off 2 Saturday per month
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES:
Report to Manager
Assigned to HR Department
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of set up and improve new HR system.
- Support Manager to develop company’s salary structure, KPI for whole company and manage performance review system (MBO) ; other benefit programs/ schemes, year-end PIT calculation and finalization.
- Participate in other HR tasks, projects, initiatives assigned by GA-HR Manager.
- Dealing with local and relevant government authorities related to company's legal affairs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: University graduate in relevant disciplines (Laws, Human resources,...)
- A minimum 05 years of experience as HR/GA Executive in multi-national companies.
- Excellent English or Japanese, both written and spoken.
- Computer literate with common Office packages.
