GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: Finance & Accounting Manager – Manufacturing 
 Level: Manager
 Contract Term: Permanent 
 Recruitment Reason: Expansion
 Expected joining date: April 2017
 Work Location: Hanoi, Hung Yen
 Work Time:
 Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
 Saturday: morning 8am-12pm , off twice per month
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus 
 Selection Process: Two rounds 


JOB DUTIES
 Report to Manager
 Main Tasks:
- Build up team, control all Accounting & Finance function and all concerned Tax compliance.
- Monthly closing and budget management.
- Report the result to top management.
- Accomplishes accounting human resource objective by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; communicating job experiences; planning, monitoring, appraising, job contribution recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures
- Meets accounting operational standards by contributing financial information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards: resolving problems: identifying system improvement
- Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirement; investing excess funds
- Approves cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices, authorizing checks and wire transfers
- Approves ledger entries by auditing transactions
- Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in financial and accounting fields with at least 5 years of experience at same level
- Advance English language skill
- Be a professional fiscal theory, techniques, practices and procedure in Accounting.
- Ability to plan and creativity job function in accordance with Accounting standard and Tax regulation.
- Lead requirements sessions in order to create functional and configuration design documents for solutions, enhancements, reports, etc.
- Responsible for budgeting annual costs associated with finance and accounting system
- Well know and practice of: CIT, PIT, claim VAT…..
- High responsibility, supportive and corporate
