Position: Office Administrator– Technology
Level: Staff
Contract Term: Permanent

Interview schedule: on 27 March, CEO will come to HCMC and want to interview
Work Location: HCMC
Work Time: Monday-Friday (working hour will be determined)
Allowance(s): Lunch & Parking Allowance

JOB DUTIES:
Report to CEO (American)
Assigned to Vietnam team
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the US office to update / help run the office smoothly
- Manage all issues relating to routine administration
- Perform whatever necessary office-related tasks to remove distractions and keep the engineering team happy and productive.
- Help build a dynamic, vibrant office culture.
- Project and track office expense, bookkeeping.
- Setup internal and external meetings.
- In charge of human resource.
- Maintain office services, supplies and records
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following major:
o Business administration/business management
o Human resource management
o Management /Public administration
- Fluent English speaker
- 2 years of experience with same function.
