JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager and Mediba in Japan
Main Tasks:
Attendance management, personal information management
Individual evaluation management,
Payroll related work (payment, account book management)
Human resource system construction and operation
Management of employment rules, institution planning, operation.
