<Job Responsibilities>
*Summary:
Management of Aftersales planning and marketing department which will be newly established to improve and expand Aftersales business. This department will be the key to control and make direction to improve parts and service operation. This position is expected to have well experience and deep knowledge for Aftersales.
Data Analysis and presentation skill is also very important to convince related department as well as our partner dealership managements too.
**Major Duties:
- Business Planning.
- Parts & Service KPI/ Data Analysis.
- Target KPI setting/ review/ follow-up.
- Marketing activity/ Policy setting.
- New product introduction for Aftersales.
- IT improvement for Aftersales operation.
- Report consolidation/ KPI report.
***Minor Duties:
- Parts Marketing & market information collection.
- Monthly reports.
- Cooperating with internal related department.
- Other assignment requested by Parts Manager & Parts GM.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male Preferred.
- Education: University from related major.
- Knowledge: Dealer management and Dealer operation in AFTERSALES business.
- Language: Business English in writing and verbally as well and Good Presentation skills.
- Character: Creative, Honest, Careful & Good working attitude.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years experience in Dealer management and Dealer operation in distributor in automobile parts.
- Skills: High skills on data analysis.
Negotiation/ communication skills with Dealer
management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment.
