 Position: QC Staff in Dong Nai – Textile

 Work Time:
 Monday-Saturday (off 1 Saturday/month)
1. 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2. 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
3. 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
 Allowance(s): TBA
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once or twice per year
 Selection Process: Two rounds


JOB DUTIES
 Report to Production Manager
 Assigned to Production Department
 Main Tasks:
- Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each departments and processes. 
- When established quality standards are there in a company they need to follow and control the factory quality standard. 
- Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production. 
- Train newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Background & Experience:
- Language Skills: can communicate in Japanese will be preferable
- 3 years working experienced in QC
 Desirable Character:
- Gender: any
- Age: around 30
- Personality: proactive, flexible, able to make working plan and follow closely.
