<Job Responsibilities>
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and standardizing processes.
- Managing annual budget with monthly performance reports.
- Managing and supervising the practice of the Company's regulations.
- Contact the relevant agencies to perform administrative activities such as: Certificate of investment registration, business registration license, environmental license ...
- Planning and organizing company meetings and events.
- Directing, supervising and participating in the Administrative - General Affairs activities.
- Following environmental & safety compliance.
- Supporting Recruitment & training tasks.
- Other related tasks assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor with major in Business Administration, Human resources management.
・Language Skills: Japanese N2 or above.
・Gender: Male only
・Age: 30-34 years old.
・Have 3 ~ 5 year - relevant working experience with the same position.
・Good understanding in Enterprise and Labor law.
・Experience in budget management (plan, manage & report).
・Have practical knowledge in Customer care.
・Have experience in project management
・Good communication with managers, colleagues & related organizations.
・Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
