JOB DUTIES:
Report to foreign manager
Manage2-3 staffs
Assigned to GA Department
Job Responsibilities:
- You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Government related works (Making document written in Vietnamese, submitting, receiving the official documents, Applications, reports...)
- To prepare the company’s budget and control expenses. Prepare monthly report pertaining to the company’s financial status
- Manage money collection and credit control. Conduct monthly projection collection meeting. Direct issuance of invoices so that the company receives payment promptly and fully from customers for all amounts due.
- To manage the company’s fund.
- Ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable records. Maintain and monitor, especially long outstanding balances and to take necessary action for debts recovery.
