- Report to Vietnamese Team Leader, dotted line to Japanese Manager
- Team size: 5-7 members
- In charge of documents related to exports and imports
- Receive requests from foreign customers and agents
- Make a declaration of import and export
- Reconciliation of debts with foreign customers and agents
- Working by email in English and Japanese

- Having knowledge about exports and imports

- Education: College/Bachelor
- Japanese: conversational (4 skills: Listening-Writing-Reading-Speaking)
- English: import and export specialization
