"Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review and pay raise once each per year

JOB DUTIES
"Report directly to Vietnamese Manager and indirectly to Japanese Director
"Main Tasks:
-Recommend and deploy strategic, efficient and cost effective marketing approaches in order to enhance the success rate of student recruitment
-Create PR campaign, event and other activities catering to student in order to improve student enrollment
-Other tasks assigned by line managers


JOB REQUIREMENTS
"Must:
-Gender: Female preferable
-Age: Above 25
-Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics majors
-Language Skills: English or Japanese conversational level
-3 years of working experience, preferably in student recruitment advising
-Good knowledge and experience in marketing
-Good communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, research and planning skills
-Honest, agile, energetic, dynamic, creative
-Able to work in team and independently with high responsibility
-Able to work under pressure
-Good looking appearance
