<Job Responsibilities>
- Improve efficiency or store operation and execution
- Understand and report sales and issues of each floor and its members
- Allocate number of staff and personnel control based on Store Staff's working schedule and manage Store Staff attendance
- Prepare training plan and train new
- Manage Store's Safety and Security, Emergency Contact system in case of accidents, incidents and disaster and crisis
- Analyse data and set planning strategy for the store.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender - Any
- Age - around 25
- English skill : Business level.
- At least 2 year work experiences in a retail industry.
- PC skill : Date analysis using Excel (Pipot,table,VLOOK, macro etc)
- Word and PowerPoint skill

- Person who is good at numerical values, and manage PDCA (Plan -Do-Check-Act) to achieve their goals and solve problems
- Person who can always eager to improve and feel rewarded for their growth.
- Person who can feel rewarded by making people happy.
- Person who can spread their skills to other staff in store.
- Person who is a good-listener, sympathy and be good at leadership skills for smooth communication.

- Having VMD (Visual Merchandiser) Skill is more preferable
