Work details
* Building operations
- Daily operation of building’s technical systems and equipment (HVAC, M&E, lifts, etc.) and management software such as BMS (Building Management System), Meleye, HOCHIKI…
- Deal with arising works, requests from tenants in the building for repair work.
* Maintenance and repair works
- Handle yearly, quarterly, monthly maintenance works for building system and equipment, and tenants’ areas as scheduled.
* Others:
- Coordinate, manage, and keep relation with building’s contractors and tenants.
- Supervise fit-out contractors of tenants and building’s outsourced contractors.
- Age: 25-38. Gender: Male only
- Education: Bachelor/University degree
- Language: not required
- Experience: 1 - 2 years working in similar job (engineering, technical) in office buildings or complex buildings
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical systems of the building: M&E, Water, Firefighting and protection, BMS, Sewage treatment plan, lift… and especially HVAC (chiller – cooling tower)
- Others: Cooperative with colleagues, able to work under strict discipline.
- English capability (communication & writing, reading) is preferred
