<Job Responsibilities>
- Check and enter daily timekeeping data on files and software
- Calculate salary, annual leave of employees
- Recruit and train new employees
- Monitor and resolve the social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance regimes
+ Update data of increase and decrease, complete the dossier and procedures and contact the social insurance agency
+ Carry out the procedures for payment of social insurance regime in accordance with the labor law.
- Documents and procedures related to PIT
- Monitoring personnel fluctuations periodically, making a report on the labor situation
- Other jobs required by the Direct Manager.
・Essential Requirements
- Education Background: Intermediate degree/College/ Bachelor
- Foreign Language: English communication
- Gender: Female
- Age: 25-26
- Computer Skill: Competenly ( Excel, Word,...)
- 2-5 years of experience
- Deep understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law
- Grasping how to calculate salary and personal income tax
- Personnel experience of 2 years or more at the manufacturing company
- Ability to work in groups, self-study and work under high pressure
・ Preferable Requirements:
Prefer candidates who live near the company (Long Thanh, Bien Hoa)
