<Job Responsibilities>
- Inventory Control all Warehouse monthly: Base on data of Mr. Nguyen (Accountant TVCP), cross check with all Warehouse's data and report to GD, GM.
- Inventory Control all Warehouse daily: Based on data of 632 system and data sent by all Warehouse, analyze the need of Extra Warehouse.
- Delivery Control all Warehouse daily : Base on data of 632 system, summary report. Make sure that be able to control all delivery issue near deadline and remind/support each Warehouse on time.
- Nonsellable Control weekly
- Nonconformance Report monthly, case by case
- Extra Warehouse as requested: Base on Inventory Control data, propose hire Extra Warehouse to GM, GD and proceed accordingly
- Procurement as requested: Base on requested of purchase from each Warehouse, check cost and price, propose to GM, GD.
Base on the need of each Warehouse, propose budget for purchasing tools, assets.
- Improve process for each Warehouse as requested
- Improvement Activities (Quality meeting and SGA) as requested: Mainly and strongly support for each section.
- Supplier Contract and Cost control: Follow with all Service Contract with Client; take care about cost.
- NG carton: Collect carton damage about quantity, ratio and report. And propose countermeasure
- Ad-hok assistant

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: College/Bachelor Degree
- Gender: Male Preferred
- Age: Over 30
- English: Business Level
- At least 7 years working experience in related position, especially in warehouse and transportation field
- Good communication and negotiation, handling problem skills.
- Have good command of English, management skill is a plus.
- Be very careful, able to work under high pressure.
