- General Management (Control and follow management of all PM of all Project/
Staff Management/Planning management)
- Control and Connect Internal Teams (SOP/ Good cooperation with other teams)
- Point of Contact (Resident or other Department Contact Management)
- Manage Builiding's Facilities (Asset and Asset Document Management)
- Community Activity for Resident
- Manage Outsource Service Companies (Training/ Performance/ Requirement for
Building)
- Handover Procedure /Manage All Keys & Cards in Building
- Keep Relationship with Government Dept.
- In-building Construction or Purchasing/ Purchasing & Asset Management
- P&L Management
- Other tasks are instructed by higher manager.
